Investor and partner pitch

Proof 32 — a craft cocktail lounge in Manor, TX

Manor is one of Austin's fastest-growing suburbs, and it has no locally owned craft cocktail lounge built for its residents. We want to open one.

Why "Proof 32": 32 combined years of bartending · Vincent Bhuca 15, Nester 17

The concept

A grown-up room in Manor, so a good night out doesn't mean driving into Austin.

Proof 32 pairs carefully made classic and seasonal cocktails with a warm room and hospitality from people who live in Manor.

A place to meet a neighbor after work, take someone on a date, or celebrate, without the trip downtown. Downtown Austin is about 16 miles away.

The team

Two veteran bartenders, one of them already a Manor resident.

Those 32 years give Proof 32 its name. Together we bring the craft, the speed and the guest relationships that keep a bar full on a Tuesday, not just a Saturday.

Why Manor, why now

The people, the traffic and the new retail are here. The cocktail lounge isn't yet.
